Born and raised in South Africa, Cecile grew up in a close-knit Jewish community in a country deeply divided by race, identity, and inequality. She's lived in Santa Fe since 1997 and has dedicated her life to the values of Tikkun Olam.
Hear the story of South African Jewry from the perspective of a local, taste the country's Dutch, West African and South Asian inspired cuisine and celebrate Shabbat with your community!
